SAILING IS SET UP SO THAT SKILL IS REWARDED AS ALL THE BOATS ARE THE SAME AND POINTS ARE BASED OVER SEVERAL RACES REWARDING THOSE THAT ARE CONSISTENT AND NOT JUST A FLUKE.
