If I were stranded on an desert isle with a bottle of water, a water filter and a syringe, would it be possible or practical for me to make sailing fluid by mixing the freshwater with the salt water to hydrate myself?

Fresh water would be more useful than a saline fluid. I have heard that it is possible to stretch fresh water a little if you add only a small amount of sea water. I wouldn’t risk it though because too much salt water is worse than no water.

its called saline solution and i dont think you would want to inject anything like it into your body. its nowhere near sterile. jus drink the water

Sailing fluid??? Do you mean saline (salt) fluid?
To hydrate yourself, fresh water is all you need. Just drink it.
IF you had no fresh water, you could remove the salt from sea water by use of a desalination (salt removal) process. Stranded on a desert isle, you’d be more likely to need desalination to supply yourself with water.
You wouldn’t need a syringe: you couldn’t make a saline IV fluid that was sterile or isotonic.
