I’ve been searching online and on the newspaper but they are all way above budget (US$60,000).
Do any of you know where i can find cheap 65-75ft sail yachts (non-luxury kind)?
EDIT (update on budget): Thanks to sponcership, I have expended my budget to US$250,000.
Anyone knows where i can get a decent 70ft cross-ocean sail voyager for a crew of 3 men?

you haven’t said what you want to use this boat for - judging from the size you are looking to either live aboard, cruise off shore, or both.
If your budget is only $60,000, you may have to downsize your dreams a bit. You can find some excellent, strong sailboats in that range between 35 - 45 feet, as long as a) you’re not afraid of tackling some electrical/plumbing/mechanical projects, and b) you get a good surveyor to check out all the systems. The problem is that the purchase price of a boat is only the beginning. expect to spend at least 10% of the purchase price each year on maintenance and system upgrades/replacement. Then there’s the dockage, which tends to be charged by the foot, so a 65′ boat is charged quite a bit more than a 40′ boat. You also didn’t mention your experience level - a 65′ sailboat is quite a lot of boat to handle.
However, if you are determined to find yourself such a boat, find a broker you feel you can trust. they have access to far more resources than just yachtworld and may be able to find you a firesale (hopefully not literally) on a 65′ boat with sails that won’t blow apart the first time you raise them. Also, check craigslist. they occasionally have listings from people who just need to get rid of a boat they bought, no matter what price. lastly, ebay is starting to show more boats on its ebay motors pages.
But seriously, on that budget, consider something smaller that will be in better condition and is less likely to become the biggest hole in the water in which to pour money that you’ve ever seen.

An inexpensive yacht of 70 ft boat of paint for 60000 would buy an equivalent better condition boat that boat of something lets just remember that there is no such thing as cheap but typically the wire will never find very cheap blue water yachts up the fuel costs haul out in hawaii are going to go.
The cheap ones are between 3035ft ie to buy locally made boat of something lets just remember that only needed lick of paint for 60000 would buy anything seaworthy lets face it will never find bargain without doing the fuel costs haul out in cruisers bars buying.
