I would love to add, the reason I have a yacht is not a symbol of me having money. I grew up sailing, so did my family, and their fathers, and grandfathers.

I know this sonds crazy but I need if for a scene in a play. The people are restoring an old sailing yacht outside and a storm comes up. Nobody wants to quit working so they grab things and bring them into the banquet room of the mansion. The effect should be shocking as in Oh my god you can’t bring THAT into the dining room. A whole mast would probably be to big but other than that, anything that can be worked on separate from the boat would be good. Maybe part of the engine. Maybe something that needs to be sanded or painted. Suggestions?

A school that focuses on the water, training skippers and crew. I’m not talking about just any college with a sailing program. I’m a junior and was thinking I could transfer from a small state university to one of these sailing schools. I’m sure that professional sailing/yachting is what I want to make my profession. Can any one help me?
