Windstar Cruises, without a doubt. You will feel like Royalty and be called by your first name as only about 100 people on the ship and they remember you. They take you to shore and back whenever you want to come and go and the dining is 5 Star. Captain chats with you in the evening and the chef visits the tables at dinner.
I am a travel agent and I have about done everything so trust me and check out their web site.
