I have been living near the ocean all of my life. I have studied marine biology, worked as a dive instructor, surfed the east coast of Australia, and sailed yachts. I believe that I am just one individual among thousands who are in love with the ocean and could be involved subconsciously in a concerted technological evolution into the ocean. Is there anyone else who has similar ideas to me?
