   You have to have the goal to want to teach people to sail.
   You have to have some credentials that say that you are qualified. Red Cross Sailing Instructor is a start. Sailing instruction can also be obtained in colleges.
   Most interesting is to learn how to handle the wind and show this to others.
   Challenges include inclement weather, broken boats, and people who want to learn something without working for it.
   As a profession, you would work at a college or in a warmer area where people come to that area to learn to sal.
